Shipping

The map below can be used as a reference on how many days UPS will take to deliver your package, unfortunately these days do not include weekends or holidays. Please read below for more details on shipping.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once payment has been received we ask for 2-4 business days for processing your order. Most times we ship the day after payment is made however there are some things that could hold your order up and could cause a delay. To help us get your package to you as soon as we can please make sure you ship to your billing address and or ship to your confirmed address in PayPal.

Once we ship your laptop which will normally be 2-4 days after payment has been received, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive. We are in Ohio so the farther you are away from us the longer it will take once UPS takes the package. Please use the map above for transit days.

Q. How do i find out where my package is?
After payment has been made, the following day you will get an email from UPS which will include the tracking number and any other details about your package. Your order confirmation is sent to your registered email address.

Q. What courier do you use to deliver your packages?
We have an exclusive agreement with UPS. UPS is at the forefront of worldwide package delivery. They have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. In addition, UPS provides each of our customers with a tracking number that allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!

If your address is Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO addresses we will use USPS (US Postal Service) to deliver these packages. Unfortunately the US Postal Service does not provide a tracking number that we can provide to our customers

Q. Is there a shipping discount when multiple items are purchased at the same time?
Of course! Our checkout system will automatically combine all of your items into one order for you, providing a shipping discount. Once you have checked out, we are unable to add items to your order.

Q. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
Yes, but please call first so we can be sure your order is ready for pickup. Pick up hours are Mon-Fri. 10am-5pm.

Q. Do you ship outside of the USA?
At this time we do not ship anywhere outside of the US other than US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam

Q. I entered the wrong shipping address, can you change it?
Yes, BUT our order processing is very fast so if you need an address change you MUST call us as soon as possible. Otherwise your order may ship and it will be too late for us to get this changed for you.

Q. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes you can but we must speak with you to verify your purchase. This is our policy to prevent fraud. If you do not call us a customer service representative will try and contact you. This may delay your shipment so if you need to ship to an address other than the billing please notify us immediately.

Payment

Q. What type of payments do you accept?
Money orders, PayPal and all major credit cards. You can also call us directly to pay for your order by phone 513.772.4150 Monday - Thursday 10a-5p EST. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards NOT issued in the USA including non US registered PayPal accounts.

Q. Have you received my payment yet?
If you have paid with a credit card directly or through PayPal your payment is processed immediately which triggers an email from us. This email should be sent to you within 24 hours after payment has been made. This email will verify we have gotten your payment and your order is being processed for shipping. Once your order is shipped we will send another email to you with all of your shipping information.

If you have paid with a money order or cashier check when your payment arrives you will get an email from us letting you know your payment has arrived. If you feel we should have received the payment and you have not received an email from us, please call us at 513.772.4150 Mon-Thurs 10a-5p EST.

Returns

Q. My laptop is in need of repair or does not work what should I do?
In order for us to determine the fastest and easiest way to get you running again we will need you to call us at 513.772.4150 Mon-Thurs 10a-5p EST. When you call just ask for technical support and a technician will help you with troubleshooting the problem. Most times we are able to diagnose and resolve the problem over the phone, but in some cases we will need to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) so we can properly diagnose the issue. We try to make this process quick and painless. Our turnaround times for laptop repair/replace is just 24hr-48hrs.

Q. Can I return my product for a refund?
Yes. In the unlikely event you would like to have a refund, all shipping charges are non-refundable and we charge a 10% restocking fee of your original purchase price. This restocking fee is to recoup the cost we have to pay in order to sell the laptop to you. Our goal is to get you the product you are looking for so if you are unhappy in anyway just call us and we will be happy to help.

Warranty

Q. Is there any type of warranty on your products?
CSR Technologies stands behind every item that we sell and we will do everything possible to assure that you are satisfied. We provide a minimum 30 day limited warranty on all of our laptops. The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty. In the unlikely event a warranty issue does arrive we will fix or replace the product within 30 days of delivery. To make a warranty claim please call our office during our regular business hours.

Q. I need to make a warranty claim what should I do?
Simply call us at 513.772.4150 Mon-Thurs 10a-5p EST. We will diagnose the problem over the phone and offer the quickest resolution to the problem.

Q. Do you offer discounts for quantity purchases?
